3.4. Studio Condition: You agree to use the Studio in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damages caused to the Studio or its contents during your rental period. Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage will be charged to the renter.

3.5. Prohibited Activities in Studios: The following activities are strictly prohibited within our Studios: smoking, illegal activities, any act that may cause damage to the property or disturb neighbors, and any activity that violates local laws and regulations.
